| What do you all think? AJ Alexander the new Ms. May for Playboy is from Evansville. She has two children here, and is a native and mother. Do you think moms have a place in Playboy? Or should that cease to be an option once someone has children? I am conflicted, partly because my generation didn't grow up with the stigma that Playboy once was. It was way more accepted by our generation than those past. So, I don't see the big deal if a local girl wants to pose. Part of me wishes I looked that good after two kids! But, the other side of me thinks you shouldn't put your children through the tirade that is to come. Granted they are young, but her oldest is 7. School kids hear what their parents are talking about, and the school will be talking about it in minutes. I just know that I couldn't put my kids through that even though it would be a great opportunity for whatever career I would have. What do you think? Is it really a "blemish on Evansville's wholesome traditions"? or should a woman be able to make up her own mind what she does with her body and who sees it?

| I respect a woman's right to make decisions regarding her body, but as Amy said what happens when your decision affects your family. I think about what my father would say if I told him I took my clothes off for money (which when you get down to it is what she did). Add that to what the kids will have to deal with--is it worth it? Whether you pose when your 18 and have no kids or 35 with multiple, it will eventually be an issue for those kids.

| Okay, I personally would be a hypocrit if I had a problem with this. Maybe it's because I'm from a bigger area and I was the assistant manager at Frederick's of Hollywood for three years and know many, many strippers male and female. This is my take she has the body that most of us after having kids long for again and wish we could have and I'm sure that she worked hard to maintain her body. This is a once in the lifetime deal. It's financially going to help support her children and it's art. Have you ever seen these sets??? There are over 20 people in the room and each pose is held and everything is criticed. It's not a sleazy layout now if it was hustler or penthouse and their poses were more of the involved sexual variety and not a tasteful layout I would say that it's going to bite her back but this.... I think it's great for her, and truly don't we all which that we had our old bodies back or better? and that we were as comfortable in our skin? jen

| I admit she does look amazing (2 kids or not) but so would a lot of women if they got breast implants and dedicated their time to their appearance for sake of starting a new career. In an article I read (I believe it was the online article by the Courier and Press) she splits time between California for her job and Evansville for her kids. Since when is being a mom a part-time job? That is part of what bothers me the most.
